November 3
Election Day!
There is a lot of misinformation out there and we want to set the record straight. Nevadans have had vote by mail processes for a long time . Our elections are safe and secure. Even so, you should still make it a priority to get your ballot in as early as possible to avoid an influx of ballots on election day itself. Your ballots are tabulated at a counting center by a bipartisan counting board in each county. The process is open to the public and you can observe them if you are interested.
Most voters will receive a ballot automatically this year. To ensure that you will receive a ballot, check that your mailing address is correct, confirm that you are an ‘active voter’ and re-register if necessary by October 15. If you are 17 years old and turn 18 by Election Day, you can register too!
Clark County voters can confirm their registration by clicking the button above. If you live in Lyon, Esmeralda, Lincoln, Mineral, Nye or White Pine counties, please call your election department to check with them.
